1. Return Request

1.1 You may request a return within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging.  All returns must include every original accessory. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

1.2 In the event of a quality issue, please contact customer service for assistance. Return shipping costs for defective items will be reimbursed (with a valid return receipt).

2. Refund Process

2.1 After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 7 business days.

2.2 If your payment method does not support original refunds, alternative methods will be arranged.

3. Non-refundable Items

3.1 Custom goods, sale items, and used/opened products (for non-quality reasons) are not eligible for return.

4. Special Notes

4.1 For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping.

4.2 Repeated abuse of the return policy may lead to service refusal.

4.3 Buyers are advised to use traceable logistics; the user bears return risks.

4.4 Refund requests for non-quality issues must be submitted within 14 days.  After this period, no such refunds can be processed.

1. Warranty Period and Scope

1.1 All "MM-CMHOME" branded lamps enjoy a 24-month warranty from the date of receipt. The warranty covers damages or malfunctions caused by material, process, or structural defects under normal use.

1.2 The warranty service is limited to genuine products purchased through the MM-CMHOME official website (www.teddybear-lamp.com) or authorized channels.

1.3 The warranty service is valid only in the country or region where the product was originally purchased. If the product is taken outside that country or region, the warranty becomes void.

2. Exclusions

2.1 The warranty does not apply in the following situations: Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair; failures caused by non-original parts; damage from dropping, collision, water ingress, high temperature, fire, lightning, etc.; normal wear and tear; consumables (such as bulbs or batteries); misuse; improper installation; overloading; or any other issue not attributable to a product-quality defect.

3. After-sales Procedure

3.1 If the product has quality issues and requires repair or replacement, please submit the following documents within the warranty period to our official after-sales email (support@teddybear-lamp.com):

Order details (order number, purchase channel, etc.)

Product photos or videos clearly showing the entire issue

Please provide a detailed description of the problem along with your contact information.

3.2 We will respond within 2 business days after receiving complete information and will guide you through the return/repair/replacement process. If necessary, we will bear the return shipping cost (within the EU).

3.3 For products out of warranty or not covered, we provide paid repair or part replacement services, with costs quoted and confirmed in advance.

4. Special Notes

4.1 In case of damage during transportation, please get in touch with after-sales within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos of the packaging and damage evidence. Late notification is regarded as acceptance of the product in excellent condition.

4.2 If there is an update to the service policy, the announcement on the official website shall prevail.
