1. Products and Description

1.1 All "MM-CMHOME" branded products sold are guaranteed authentic.

1.2 Product images and descriptions are for reference only.  Actual products shall prevail.

If any information on the Website is inaccurate, the Website reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions; to change or update information; or to cancel orders at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

2. Order Management

2.1 Please confirm your product choice and shipping address before placing an order.  Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

2.2 We reserve the right to cancel any order due to circumstances such as inventory shortages or abnormal orders.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are quoted in EUR, inclusive of VAT, exclusive of any special shipping fees.

3.2 Final prices are those displayed at the checkout.

3.3 Payments must be made using authorized methods.

4. Delivery and Risk Transfer

4.1 Orders will be shipped within 5-15 business days after confirmation; actual time may vary by logistics.

4.2 Ownership and risk are transferred upon delivery to the recipient.

5. After-sales Service

5.1 For quality issues, please refer to our “Refund and Return Policy.”

5.2 For non-quality returns, products and packaging must be intact. The user bears the related shipping costs.

2. Infringement Handling

2.1 Upon discovering any third party suspected of infringing on the "MM-CMHOME" brand and product intellectual property, the Company reserves the right to take legal action, including but not limited to sending infringement warnings, filing administrative complaints, initiating civil lawsuits, or making criminal reports and seeking compensation for losses.

3. User-Generated Content

3.1 If users voluntarily submit images, comments, suggestions, creations, etc., on the "MM-CMHOME" website, social media, or comment sections, users hereby grant "MM-CMHOME" and its affiliates a global, permanent, irrevocable, sublicensable, and free right to use them.
